Conference Aims and Topics

The Conference is organized by Fukuoka Institute of Technology.

ICNN 5 is aimed to enhance interactions among scientists and engineers both from research institutions and industries, providing them with a forum for the communications and discussions on the recent exciting accomplishments and future trends in the field of nanomechanics and nanocomposites for several fields of application.

An attractive background program will be arranged to complement the interesting presentations and discussions.

The Conference topics may be summarized as follows:

- Multi-functional nanomaterials
- Nanocomposites with enhanced physical and mechanical properties
- Interfaces and Interphases
- Biobased nanocomposites
- Graphene-Based nanocomposites
- Hybrid nanocomposites
- Nanomechanics
- Nanoscale damage mechanics

Together with the topics above, suggestions for other topics as well as for special symposia are warmly welcome and can be forwarded to the Organizing Committee.
